Agnieszka
Agnieszka is the Initiator and co-founder of the Caribela brand. She has been professionally involved with tourism sector since 2009 but she didn’t imagine that Colombia became her home. Happy mother of two girls and a Colombian husband – an incurable optimist. She has lived in Colombia for seven years and discovered her love for Wayuu culture and its colorful Mochilas. Step by step she created a project that became her passion and everyday routine. Lover of black tinto (black coffee necessarily with panela), Andean ajiaco and hot Latin salsa music.
Ela
An enterprising and modern woman who is not afraid of challenges and keeps full control over all orders. She wraps your packages so beautifully and tries that you receive them as quickly as possible.
Cesar
Co-founder of the Caribela brand. A native Colombian who spent half of his life in Europe and is one of the few who speaks Polish! As an experienced economist, he oversees the company’s finances and also supports Agnieszka in sales and cultural activities.
